Pouch with Ampoule	1) You will receive the Ampoule already in the Pouch. Do not bend or crush the pouch or Ampoule. 2) Place it "as is" in the middle of a load being sterilized. After sterilizing: 3) Fill out the form enclosed and 4) Place the Test Kit (do not open the pouch) and the form into the Pre-stamped Pre-Paid mailer and mail. Write your Shop & Address on the Mailer. Sometimes a Post Office will require additional postage.
Upon receipt, your Test Pouch will be opened and the Ampoule placed in an incubator. After 48 Hours we will email a notice and mail a certificate of the results. If your test shows growth we will immediately call.
Spore test Ampoule cannot show growth unless the spores are still "alive". Growth is indicated by changing from purple to a turbid color. Either your sterilizer has killed them, which is guaranteed with any properly operating sterilizer, or they are still alive and have not been killed. Extending the time often solves a problem. Try again. Spore test ampoules are dated. Expired ampoules will not be tested nor replaced.
